Age 64, of Wilmington, DE, passed away on November 22, 2011.

Joe retired from General Motors in 2006. He was a member of Marshallton United Methodist Church and Mill Creek Fire Company. Joe loved spending time with his family and his friends at Dunkin Donuts.

He is survived by his parents, June and Joseph H. Mullins Sr.; his lifetime companion, Nancy Van Horn and her daughter, Larkin Van Horn (Richard) and her children, Preston and Richard Jr.; his sisters, Carol Horn (Rick ) and Sue Hearn (Jerry); his nephews, Gilbert J. King (Heather) and Gregory Hearn (Amanda); his nieces, Allison Stecher (John) and Brie Hearn and 3 great-nieces and nephews.

Friends may call on Friday, November 25, from 6-8 pm at the MCCRERY & HARRA FUNERAL HOME, 3710 Kirkwood Highway, Wilm., DE 19808 where a service will be held on Saturday, November 26 at 10 am. Burial will be in Gracelawn Memorial Park, New Castle, DE.
