December 1, 2025 – At 3:42 PM Mill Creek Fire Company was dispatched to a motor vehicle crash near the intersection of Kirkwood Hwy and Milltown Road.  Initial reports indicated highway construction equipment is involved in the crash.

Firefighters arrived on the scene with two vehicles and construction equipment involved in the crash.  Two patients were transported to Christiana Hospital by Mill Creek Company.

The scene was placed under control at 4:02 PM and the Eastbound roadway was opened at 5:37 PM.
