Hall Rental
- Hall Rental Fee (up to 5 hours): $600
- Each Additional Hour: $100/hour

Bar Service Pricing
Full Open Bar (Beer, Wine, Mixed Drinks, Soda – up to 4 hours):
- $18 per person (100+ guests)
- $20 per person (25 – 99 guests)
Partial Bar (Beer, Wine, Soda – Cash bar for mixed drinks, up to 4 hours):
- $15 per person (100+ guests)
- $17 per person (25 – 99 guests)
Additional Bar Time:
- Full Bar: $4 per person/hour
- Beer/Wine/Soda: $3 per person/hour
- Soda Bar: $1 per person/hour
Champagne Toast (with any bar service): $3 per person
Soda Only Bar (up to 4 hours, no alcohol): $8 per person
Bartender Fees
Bartender Fee: $75 per bartender
(2 bartenders for under 150 guests; 3 bartenders for over 150 guests)Note: Bar services are not available for events with fewer than 25 guests. The Mill Creek Fire Company reserves the right to refuse service to individuals without valid ID or for inappropriate behavior. Alcohol must be purchased from the hall; outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Bar services are not available when renting the community room.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Signed contracts will not be affected by price changes unless agreed-upon services are modified.
