October 24, 2025 – Motor vehicle crash on RT 7 near the entrance to Delaware Park causes major traffic backup.   Three vehicles were involved in the crash with a pickup truck split in half.  Two people were taken to the Christiana Emergency Room.   DELDOT was requested to assist with the large amount of debris on the roadway.   Mill Creek Fire Company was assisted by Christiana Fire Company with two ambulances.

Fire police from Mill Creek, Belvedere and Cranston Heights assisted with traffic control.
