December 2, 2024 – Mill Creek Fire Company was dispatched to a motor vehicle crash (MVC) at the intersection of Stoney Batter and Limestone Roads (Rt 7) at 8:01 AM. Initial reports indicated one of the vehicles involved in the crash has rolled over.

Rescue Engine 21 arrived on the scene and determined one person was trapped in a vehicle. The patient was quickly extricated from the vehicle and transported to the Christiana Hospital Emergency Room by Mill Creek Fire Company.

Traffic on Limestone Road (Rt 7) was detoured around the crash scene while the Delaware State Police investigated the cause of the crash. Fire apparatus cleared the scene at 8:25 AM.
