The Seagrave – 21-1, 2-1 was a reliable pumper unit that served the department from 1981 to 2002. Powered by a 325 hp 8V71 Detroit Diesel engine and paired with an HT740 Allison Transmission, this unit delivered the durability and strength required for long-term service. Equipped with a 1,500 gpm Waterous volume pump and a 300-gallon tank, it provided dependable fire suppression capabilities, making it an essential apparatus for numerous fireground operations during its 21 years of active service.
