October 4, 2023 – Mill Creek Fire Company was dispatched at 5:50 PM to a motor vehicle crash involving a riding lawn mower and a motor vehicle.  The crash occurred in the area of Crossgates Drive and Ciro Court in the Crossgates community.

Units arriving on the scene found one person injured in the crash and was transported to the Christiana Hospital Emergency Center.

The New Castle County Police are investigating the cause of the crash.   All units cleared the scene at 6:13 PM.
