NCC EMS 14th Annual New Castle County EMS Sudden Cardiac Arrest Survivor Reunion.

The 14th Annual New Castle County EMS Sudden Cardiac Arrest Survivors Reunion was held on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at Brandywine High School in North Wilmington.

This year’s reunion celebrated over 30 cases of sudden cardiac arrest from 2025, where patients were successfully resuscitated by first responders and ultimately walked out of the hospital with no neurological deficits. Hosted by our partners at New Castle County Paramedics, this outstanding event recognizes both first responders and bystanders for their life-saving efforts. Over 250 individuals were recognized this year.
